 Weekly reflection (5 th week)

8/3/2021 to 10/3/ 2021

The fifth week of teaching practise was for completing peer teaching. I had three pending classes and after citizenship training camp, I conducted peer teaching class on 8/3/2021 to 10/3/202021.

    The 12th class was  on 8/3/2021.The content was ' aharam amasayathil'.9 th biology text book and chart were used for teaching.

           The 13th class was on same day (8/3/2021). The content was ' aharam cherukudalil 'I was able to taught the content very well by using teaching aids.

The 14 th class was on 9/3/2021. The content was ' agiranam arambhikunnu'. The concept was taught inductive thinking model. And last class was on 10/3/ 2021 The content was 'agiranathin pinnil'.chart and activity card used for teaching.  During this week, I completed the unit ' 'aharam annapathathil'.  so my peer teaching classes were completed on 10th March 2021.

        Though I cannot equate these with the real experience of teaching in the classroom with real students, it was still a good experience to reflect on my weakness and strength as a classroom teacher. It also helped my rectify my mistakes as a teacher and to improve the quality of my teaching.

Weekly reflection -2nd week

 Weekly reflection (2 nd week) 8/2/2021 to 12/2/2021 The   second week of teaching was from 8/2/2021 to 12/2/2021 . On these days I took both online classes for students and peer teaching for peers. Online teaching started on 08.02.2021 and I got to teach 7 b class through Google Meet. The chapter for teaching was ' Breath and blood of life'. In the first class, I taught ' breathing, inspiration and expiration.  The second class was about respiratory system in humans. The third class dealt with constructing a model of lungs.  The fourth class was about inhaled and exhaled air. The fifth class was about diversity in respiration. Then finally the last class of the week was about inhaled air in to the blood.            I used Pictures, videos and slides presented through Google Meet for the delivery of the content.
